Note: Will not fit 385 or 390 properly. Not designed to fit clone saws. Must use factory heat shield and two base gaskets. Two new (non-OEM) base gaskets are included.
Premium Features:
• CNC-machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum, a high-strength aerospace alloy that dissipates heat much faster than steel, improving engine cooling and extending part life
• Includes muffler base, muffler cover, high-temp gasket (between cover and base), lower bracket, two new base gaskets, and complete stainless steel hardware kit shown
• Bi-directional exhaust outlet for flexible mounting — position facing the guide bar or recoil side to fit your setup
• Comes with a replaceable park arrestor screen with aperture size compliant with USFS specifications
Dyno Proven Performance
Tested on a completely stock saw with no modifications other than the muffler. Results showed a 7.3% increase in horsepower and a 7.8% increase in torque.
Performance gains will vary depending on the saw and the level of modification.
Installation Notes:
• Post-installation tuning or recalibration is required for optimal performance
• Use Loctite 243 thread locker on all mounting screws for secure, vibration-resistant assembly
