Premium Features:
CNC machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum, a high-strength aerospace alloy that dissipates heat much faster than steel, improving engine cooling and extending part life
Includes muffler base, one-piece muffler cover, high-temp gasket (between cover and base), spark arrestor screen with aperture size compliant with USFS specifications, and stainless steel hardware
Comes with a replaceable, USFS-approved stainless steel spark arrestor
Dyno Proven Performance
Tested on a completely stock saw with no modifications other than the muffler. Results showed a TBD increase in horsepower and a TBD increase in torque.
Performance gains will vary depending on the saw and the level of modification.
Installation Notes:
Post-installation tuning or recalibration is required for optimal performance
Use Loctite 243 thread locker on all mounting screws for secure, vibration-resistant assembly
Warranty:
Lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use; exclusions apply for misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
