1. Intended Use
All Undaunted Manufacturing products are intended for display purposes only.
They are not designed, tested, or approved for operational use on any chainsaw, motorized tool, or piece of equipment.
Use of any product in an operational or functional setting is done at the sole risk of the buyer.
2. Installation & Operation
Undaunted Manufacturing does not authorize or recommend installation or operational use of its products.
Any installation, modification, or operation of these products automatically voids any claim related to performance, emissions, or safety.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying compatibility and ensuring that the product is not used in violation of local, state, or federal regulations.
3. Warranty Coverage
Undaunted Manufacturing provides a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers repair or replacement of the product only at Undaunted Manufacturing’s discretion.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or installation
Incidental or consequential damages
Loss of time, profit, or use
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and may require return of the defective item for inspection.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undaunted Manufacturing and its owners, employees, or affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of possession, display, misuse, modification, or attempted installation of any product.
This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or business interruption.
5. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or possessing any product, the buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with handling, displaying, or modifying aftermarket components.
Undaunted Manufacturing shall not be responsible for any use of its products outside of their intended display purpose.
6. Compliance with Laws
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to product ownership, emissions, or modification of equipment.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of Undaunted Manufacturing products shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within North Carolina.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
You acknowledge that products are for display purposes only and that you accept full responsibility for how they are handled, displayed, or used.
